Office Visits are by appointment only!

Patients must be referred by their medical doctors for treatment.

CANCELLATIONS NOT MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF

APPOINTMENTS AND NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25.00

The Emergency Pager

The cell phone is to be used for patient related emergencies only after our regular business hours.  It  is not to be used for Medication refills, paperwork or appointments. Those issues must be taken care of during regular business hours by the office staff.
